Fidget Theatre make playful and witty theatre with a warm welcome to children and families. Our collaborative processes ask thoughtful questions of the world in which we live with imagination and heart. Our audiences are invited to actively participate in our shows, and together we benefit from an entertaining and meaningful live, collective experience.
We perform in theatres, libraries and other community and arts spaces. Since 2015 we have toured to audiences across the UK and collaborated with exceptional creatives.
We love participation and welcome audiences who enjoy a good fidget!
Fidget Theatre is led by co-artistic directors Ruth Cooper and Andrea Heaton, and based in the lovely city of Leeds.

Hi there,
My name is Carla Kayani-Lawman. I am represented by Direct Personal Management. I’m a BAME Anglo-Indian actor based in South Yorkshire. I have experience doing children’s theatre and entertainment. I was trained at the Drama Studio London.
I am a huge football fan and still enjoy a kick about and a few keepie ups in the park.
